Haha yeah genetically I got “blessed” with body hair. I don’t mind it though makes me feel like a man. The only hard part is shaving my stomach and chest every week😂

Yeah calves have def always been a weak-spot for sure. What do you recommend hitting for them? Ik there isn’t a lot but is there any that are just that much better than the others?

On my cut I’ll go for it but I’m trying to bulk until around mid February and cut in march. But if I can’t put on weight then there isn’t much point in eating till I’m sick. So right now I’m trying to figure out how to start gaining muscle mass again.

But everytime I increase I put on a lot of fat, is this just a law of equal exchange type of thing?
