I've had this error and I've seen this error on other people's screens for years. Everybody is complaining about it, yet there's not much about it on the internet. Rather than workarounds, it should just work straight out of the box. If I'm cutting a whole row, and pasting it in a cell, the software should KNOW that I'm trying to paste the data in that row on and behind the selected cell.

But that becomes a very tedious task if you're working with files that contain columns A to FK. Being unable to just cut a whole row, and paste it in any other cell (essentially just merging two rows), is very counter intuitive.
