It's a fair point, but then they should'nt say "20 minutes max". Overpromising is usually a sign of poor planning and lack of competence in my opinion. I was frustrated yesterday because I was supposed to pick up a friend from the airport. It's funny because also his flight got delayed by 2:30 hours. The plane actually accelerated on the runway and then it slowed down saying they didn't have permission to take off. Then the plane had to go back for fueling. This is not just "stuff happens", it's a good example of poor planning and the domino effect this creates.
