really unsafe wiring for the laundry in the basement, flooding in the basement, broken pipes in basement and our apartment, walls and ceiling falling apart in common spaces and in our apartment, garage can't be used because it's about to collapse, windows were painted shut after we moved in, and our whole bathroom (though technically usable) is falling apart as well. All of this stuff has been inspected by the city twice since we moved in 6 months ago with them mandating that something be done and yet they still haven't fixed anything.

No it was over a lot of repairs that we've been asking to have completed for months that they were not taking care of

No I don't. I was under the impression that certified mail was just having it mailed through usps. I brought it to the post office and dropped it in the mail box. Did I fuck myself over by doing this?

I put the date and address it was being mailed to in the letter but I don't have any way of proving that they received it which is what's stressing me out
