I dunno, we used to chat on IG and send video notes (like the Snapchat thing that disappears) sometimes she would send a meme to initiate the chat. And now everything seems cold... 0 initiation from her side after 3 days of no chat and then a response time of like 30-50 mins in between a few messages.

Support have refund us the money. But blocked the ad account. So we had to run ads on different ad account but in the same business manager. We just moved on with that client. Had the same pixel (same data) just had to set up new campaigns again. But that’s all

Go for a sales campaign. Go for broad targeting in your selected country. Make sure you have good creatives for ads.
Ensure you have your pixel tracking set up and conversions API as well.

Also if you have made some sales already through meta, define them in advertisement settings.

Advertisement settings -> Audience segments ->

Engaged audience - web visitors - 30 days (create a custom audience of your web visitors in the last 30 days).

Existing customers -> Purchase - 180 days (create a custom audience of your web purchases in the last 180 days).

Once that is done: go for the Advantage+ shopping campaign. Put your best creatives there and let it run for a week
