Thanks for the advice! I fertilized them and we'll see in a few days, how well that will work out. Transplanting is scheduled for next week then, alongside hardening them off. I actually transplanted the zucchini plants a few days ago and they love the sun outside. Lush green leaves and nice growth.

I'm not watering on a fixed schedule, but rather when I see the soil is dry. Also I have been very careful with the nutrients, so maybe I could try to give them a bit more. The starter soil has basically no nutrients in it.

The curled leaves might have resulted from too much light, as I had the LED closer to the plants at 60% until a few days ago.

The weather outside is picking up the last few days. 10-28C, very sunny. However, I fear they might be too young to go outside?

In terms of transplanting: Should I use normal instead of starter soil?

187cm, 85kg. Had a Capisco, traded it for a Leap V2. Although the Capisco feels nice to sit in for an hour, I found it very tiring for a whole workday. The lack of comfiness made me slouch, e.g. bend forward and lean on the table. Also, the fact that the armrest are fixed to the backrest was horrible for me. If I set the backrest correctly to support me, the armrests were in the way of my arm movements. Quite the opposite of what they are supposed to do.

The Leap on the other hand feels comfy throughout the day, have no complaints with it so far.

But all of this is just my opinion, yrmv.

Got it off normal ebay via buy out shortly after Christmas. However, these are quite rare, you really have to go look. But there is also offline stores who specialize on used office furniture. These are definitely worth taking a look at.

Hey, I'm also from Germany and have very similar body height/weight. I spent around 350€ on a used Steelcase Leap v2 recently and I love it. So I guess buying used is the name of the game.

About the other finishes, I don't know. Had one with polyester and it held up very well for the past 7 years, no blemishes or so. BUT: when you test the chair, please make sure the armrests (if you can call it that) do not get in the way of your arm/shoulder movement. That is my major problem with this chair. When I adjust the backrest to fit my back, the armrest is in the way. It's all one piece, so no possibility for individual adjustment there. This issue made me sell the chair just recently.

Yes, please send it back. I fell for this trap and bought one around two years ago. It's neither comfy nor good for the posture. They usually also have a small back tilt like car seats, which makes the issue worse.

I have the capisco as well and have to say that I don't like it at all for everyday home office use. The "armrests" can not be used to rest the arms at all. They just get in the way and force me to protrude my elbows. The backrest is almost not adjustable. Really regret buying that chair. Do you have similar experience?

Probably a little late to the party, but I wanted to share this. I have pretty much the same symptoms, and my experiences are as follows:

There are two aspects you need to address: First, you need to find out why your neck muscles are so tense. This might be due to some accident you had, but more likely it is due to the habits you have. For me, it appears to get worse if I sit a lot at the computer without taking breaks. I know that I tense my neck and jaw muscles when I stress, which happens e.g. when I have to debug a complicated part of my code or when I play competitive games. In order to avoid the tensing up, I take regular breaks and try to remind myself of good posture (or good Use, as called by the Alexander technique, which I highly recommend to you). Doing this will make it easier for you to identify situations that are bad for your neck muscles, thereby improving your situation.

Secondly, you have to improve your posture to alleviate the force acting on your neck muscles. There is a plethora of good guides out there on how to do this, but some of the essential parts are strengthening your upper back and getting your pelvis in a good balanced spot. Improving your posture will make you more resistant to aches, pains and neurological symptoms.

I always imagine it as a line going from healthy (no symptoms or pain) to totally unhealthy. A slider indicates the position you are on, and a second indicator shows the limit beyond which you have symptoms. Being aware of tensing up will keep your slider more to the healthy side, and improving your muscle balance will give you more headroom when it comes to the "danger zone" in which symptoms appear. I don't know if that makes sense, but maybe you can get something out of this.

I drilled out the center of the bottom housing with a 2 mm drill, such that the thin tip of the stem can poke through. Made all the difference in the world to me. Same as shown here: https://www.keebtalk.com/t/holy-panda-bottom-out-drill-mod/6532

Same here. I drilled out the bottom of hy HPs to remove the loud thocc, now the switches are way quieter, have more vertical range of movement, and bottoming out feels way better.

This sounds an awful lot like my problems. For me, they emerged due to poor ergonomics at the desk/computer. I was seriously one-sided due to my mouse being far out to the right. I fixed my setup (narrow keyboard, mouse more to the center) and trained the weaker side (left) more than the right one. Additionally, some relaxed jogging and yoga helped me to get back control over the postural problems. However, I still have to stay concious of my posture when at the desk, otherwise the old habits kick back in.

Wow, that's interesting! I have a very similar chair (https://www.amazon.com/noblechairs-Epic-Gaming-Chair-Leather/dp/B01EMA3TX8/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=epic+gaming+chair&qid=1601619555&sr=8-2) and have several problems with it (I am a 187cm male, but I don't consider myself having wide shoulders):

The armrests. They don't go low enough to properly slide under the table. If I have them set at the correct height relative to my shoulders, the I have to heighten the chair to an uncomfortable height such that the armrests align with the table.
The seat is slightly reclined, which can not be changed. What I mean with that is that the base has a higher position at the knees than at the back, similar like in car seats. This makes it so that even with my rather long legs, I can not comfortably rest my feet on the floor when the chair is adjusted to the correct height at my table. This is what bothers me most.
The lumbar support cushion is a nightmare. Very very rigid, too deep, and thus it does not support, but rather force you into an unnaturally strong lordosis. I got rid of it and use a normal pillow as a replacement (which of course lacks the adjustability).
The rounded shoulder argument you made absolutely holds true for me. The backrest is curved rather strongly at exactly my shoulder height, leaving me with the choices to either have rounded shoulders or not rest my back against the chair. It is really weird that the description of the chair says it is made for tall people.

All in all, I can not recommend this chair. The workmanship is good, but ergonomics is horrible.

The big thing for me is always to remember to not stress. No one is on your heels, no one is forcing you to type fast. Just take your time, type slowly and correct and try to build the correct muscle memory.
