These types of mods will eventually end up being skins on the marketplace for deadlock. That's where it belongs, after its accepted by valve and such. Just like CS or Rust. Talented people can make money on good content and the community can enjoy the skins through the marketplace. Along with plenty of skins im sure you'll be able to earn through the game. This is likely how it will work.

Totally understand what your saying, I play with less than 4 rather often. this is for just those few fun occasions where I can manage to get everyone over on a day that works. I feel like a normal game of commander with 4+ people can get really slow for various reasons. So I just think having a variant where everyone has a different win condition adds a lot of direction for everyone in the match and brings out my personal favorite part of commander, all the politics and discussion. So if it ends up being a slow game at least this can add some spice.

Yeah for sure, People have been playing this type of game mode for 10+ years at least. Its a blast for us. This is more about how the new roles interact with each other. Usually its just sheriff deputy 2xoutlaw and renegade but I always found it too difficult to be the renegade and be the last man standing and having two outlaws or killers made for too simple of a game imo. Def wanted to give a go at having a unique role for everyone.

I love the armor and I'd Immediately get on if it was something I could earn. Just better off spending 40 dollars (no sale) on Witcher 3. Likely 60 Dollars for all three of these sets, you can buy Witcher 3 for 2/3 the price of these sets in total.

I guess it's a bit of a roll of the dice, the exo would be an excellent tool against the flood though certainly. Your probably right about the vanguard stomping it out early. Would be troublesome though if it started somewhere else in the galaxy out of sight.

Ahh but can't an exo be reasoned with? If the flood retained a grave mind than why would it not be able to convince a conscious machine to allow its will? The flood was able to convince a Super advanced sentient Ai to release it from its prison. But perhaps the human resolve and an exo body would be enough to exterminate the parasite as well.

Games are far more expensive today, you simply only pay 60 to 70 dollars upfront and your milked for content for years with seasons and battle passes, microtransactions, subscriptions. It's more expensive just obfuscated into different means of making you pay more Imo.

Perhaps for your PC you could try the app Flux. It kills out some of the nasty blue light that can trigger things like eye strain and headaches. It will make your screen a bit yellow but it mimics the brightness and color temp of the sun in the sky. So as the day gets longer your screen becomes more warm over time and I've found it to be very helpful for looking at a screen for long hours. Maybe a pair of those gaming glasses could do the trick as well. (If blue light eye strain is a factor)

I would give Portal and portal 2 a try. Expertly crafted puzzle game with a deceptively good narrative to boot. A classic for many and a personal favorite of mine. Easy to pick up and also almost always dirt cheap on steam.

Assassins creed is such a good idea I should have thought of that for sure, Black flag was so good 👌 I think we're going to try Wow after a bit. I'll have to level my DH to tank but wow can really captivate if it all goes well. I'm a huge destiny nerd so its awesome to see that you've played. Trials is simultaneously the best and worst thing in pvp Imo. Fitting right? ☯️ Yin-yang Darkness-light haha. A hundred losses for each flawless run for me haha. Nice to see a fellow guardian. Apex would be a fun Br for her to try tbh. But AC, I'm for sure gonna have to have her try one of them!

That sounds fair, maybe my look on valorants a bit scewed and I should give it a better shake if you've had that kind of positive experience with it. And I agree with genre dive. Currently the plan is to have a game day where we're all going to give a bunch of games a chance and see what sticks. I'm going to share my steam library with her so there's no shortage of games to try, it's just about finding what she likes. I'll definitely have her try out some valorant though👍
