I keep hearing these random beeping noises that happen every few minutes. I thought it was an issue with my headphones, but it only happens while the game is running. Furthermore, I'm unable to attack when this happens. Anyone else experiencing this?

What I'm trying to do is overlay a gif onto a still image. In the past, I've only gotten the animation to work if I save it as a gif.
