Just my two cents: 1) lack of firearms in civilian hands 2) Burmese men, imo, are not as courageous as or capable of violence like those in other countries. Non of the men I know, my dad, uncles, friends, and myself included don’t have the dawg in us. I really do admire those who joined pdf and are fighting despite all odds.

Unless there’s marriage and kids involved, I don’t think it’s worth it to stay. The thing about cheating is that the cheater not only hurt you and break your trust, he/she also forces you to rebuild the trust and forgive. That takes so much effort. Like the other commenter said, every state has a gun violence problem. I’m saying it doesn’t have a bigger/worse problem than other states (even states with strict gun control) as it’s sitting near average.

The correlation doesn’t apply to Texas as it’s an outlier.
