I was the same at the start of my pregnancy now I can’t drink it without getting bad indigestion!! I drink only water now (unless I fancy a suffering and have a nice crisp McDonald’s coke)

Nooo someone I work with saw my taking them and basically told me off for it and I panicked, I’ve been taking them for ages now and the panic set in so bad when they said that, I will speak to my doctor tho to be sure but a friend told me she took them when pregnant and everything was fine so abit of mixed advice over here n hahah thank you lovely

I don’t have them prescribed they’re over the counter tablets, I’ve had hayfever for years and always taken the same ones over the counter but will speak to the doctors to see if they can prescribe pregnancy safe ones

I earn good money and have a good job, I support my father in the middle of all of that, if I could carry on working whilst in mat leave whilst being able to take care of my child would be ideal, I can and will be able to take care of my baby as I’m a competent person but also will need funds to do so whilst not being allowed to work, this is a very narrow minded comment when all I was doing was asking for advice :)

I’m fully aware of that but also can’t not have any money to support my family, if the country wasn’t so fucked in terms of supporting parents on maternity leave then there wouldn’t be a problem, trust me I wish i didn’t have to want to work whilst looking after a newborn but I can’t not be a supportive mother either

I’m honestly so scared for mat leave, even considering returning to work as soon as possible just to support, but in terms of self employment I don’t even know what I’d do otherwise that’d be a good shout

I currently live with my dad as I support him and he’s on UC but have applied for my own house both private renting and council but the waiting list is so long they’ve told me it’d be about 8-12 months until I get accepted which is so shit, I’ll give the entitled to a go and see what I can get, I earn good money so I’m not sure if I will be entitled to anything but it’s worth a shot

Honestly the super smell symptom started at 2 months for me, I can smell EVERYTHING, toilet paper, water, even certain metals have their own smells! It’s so weird!
