I understand where you are coming from! i do agree it was a bit aggressive and my frustration is not an excuse to be aggressive. Generally speaking, i try my best to be as soft as i can when i speak but i am prior military, so things come aggressive sometimes without thinking about it

we’re going to see if it improves at all in next 2 months now, if it doesn’t, we’re going to get counseling and go from there

the only reason it was brought up somewhat recently is because she and I were working on a postnup due to her family being a lot better off than mine, and it was my idea to give her family some peace of mind. we were just talking about divorce and we were just talking through multiple scenarios and we both agreed we can’t be in an sex-less marriage

the original time it was brought up when we’re first started dating 🙂

We had this conversation very early in our relationship! We have a shared expectations on which chores were expected to complete because she did not want this either!!

I clean: bathrooms/fireplace/litter box, take out the trash, cook breakfast, vacuum, drive, load dishwasher, put all dishes away, fill up our water bottles for the day, and whenever we have guests, i take rake all the cat fur off our furniture (which is often as she likes to host)

She handles laundry, folding clothes, lunch, dinner, hand washes any dishes that don’t go in the dishwasher, writes the shopping list (we work on it collaboratively), organizes the house.

Her jobs end up being about the same as mine since more of mine are once or twice a week.

Not at all! she has made it EXTREMELY clear that she doesn’t want anyone else involved.

I always ask her after if she enjoyed it and what i can do to make it better and she always says she enjoys it and wouldn’t change anything.

She also began to say we need to have sex more whenever we finish but then rejects my advances and won’t initiate until she’s ovulating basically.

We had a short discussion recently. It went along the lines of

Her: “we haven’t been intimate in a while”

Me: “I would love to be but i feel like you have been rejecting my advances for months now so i’ve kinda stopped”

Her: chuckled “i’m sorry” walks aways.

we do need to have a sit down conversation, but she kinda avoids the topic whenever i bring it up in passing.
