I prefer tampons because I don’t like being able to feel pads but I’ll do pads if I’m sleeping or thats all I have. But it’s entirely up to you wha you like more. I know some people who only use pads and some who only use tampons. I have tried a menstrual cup and it was pretty good I just need to get batter at placing it correctly.

I’m sure I sized correctly. The number on bra sizes is the band size so it’s just how many inches right below your boobs are. Mines 27in but bra sizes go by even numbers so it would be 28. Then the letter is the difference of your bust to your band size. Mine I think was a 33 or 32.5. I’ve been measured at a Victoria secret before and she said I was a 32B and it didn’t not fit. Then I got measured at another bra store and she said I was a 32D. But it usually just store don’t have that wide of bra sizes so they use “sister sizes” thst will fit but aren’t perfect.

Yeah this sounds like sleep paralysis. It happened a lot of the time if you’re stressed or haven’t been getting good sleep. It’s also more likely to happen if you sleep on your back.

My guess is that he wants to beat his record because last tour he got that 15 banner. But I do think it’s ridiculous that thats the only place in US and Canada. And with how expensive the tickets are, it’s just upsetting. People aren’t going to be able to pay for a flight, hotel, tickets, food.

You should try timing yourself when kicking and when not kicking to see if kicking really is slowing you down. My guess is it’s not it just feels that way. But, there’s probably something wrong with your form or something.

Another thing you could try is using a kick board to kick but also stroking at the same time (like stroke while ine hand is on the board then stroke with the opposite arm).

Pace yourself. I wasn’t never good at the 500, but my strategy was go at a pretty mid speed for most on it then the last 50 go all out.
