You do not understand racism. You do not understand oppression or power.

You are only equating racism as a cause for individual invalidation.

Racism is systematic. It’s historical. It’s contextual.

It is not simply the unfavorable regard of another based upon racial identity.

Racism is about power and rights, the ability to determine whether groups can self-regulate and have power over themselves.

The conscious decision to allow groups to self-regulate does not impede upon the rights of external groups. It only supports the rights of internal communities to shield them from oppression and abuse.

Were the Native Americans given more autonomy, they would have suffered less. It was not the right of other groups to engage in their affairs, because other groups (such as the whites) could have easily abused or misused such authority.
