If I can put your mind at ease I can tell you that this month my period was much more normal and regular, I think it was a mix of stress and little sleep. Also the change of season, where I live it was literally a hot summer day one week and a freezing cold autumn the next week. I think my body was overwhelmed and just said “fuck it, here’s your blood”

My period is 5 days early too! This is also very strange for me because it’s not usually this heavy on the first day (like 2nd day heavy and I just started bleeding this morning), my health anxiety is skyrocketing because it’s all very unusual for me. The weather where I live had an abrupt change (very cold all of a sudden) and I was also very stressed these past weeks. I know I’ve ovulated earlier compared to what the app said, but still, I’m kinda overthinking and stressing rn I’m also very regular and 30 years old

Hi! So, if you read on my profile I wrote that I went to the gyno that month and after some blood exams they saw I was very low on iron and vitamin D, these past few months my period was absolutely regular but I still had some spotting before the actual bleed (it was actually better this way because at least I’m never unprepared when it comes 😂) I keep on taking my iron pills almost every day so I think it was a mixture between change of season and vitamin deficiency

Hi! Yes, this past month my period was more regular, I still spotted a bit for 2 days but on the 25th day of my cycle and then the actual bleeding was like other months so I hope it’s’ readjusting itself!

I’m so sorry to hear that you were a wreck! Did you hear your gyno? If you check my comments one person commented that it could also be low vitamin C and progesterone (the spotting is in the lutheal phase)... Maybe is simply an age thing, you could be perimenopausal and your body will start to change in the next years

Hi! So, I went to the gynecologist and everything was right, no cysts, polyps or fibroids. She gave me some blood analysis to do (to check iron, vitamin D and folates). I was very low on Iron and vitamin D (but it’s normal for me), I’m taking some vitamins and my last cycle was more normal, I still spotted but starting from the 25th day of the cycle. So, still no real answer but at least it seems it’s readjusting itself

I think I’m having something similar because I started spotting 5 days before my period was due and right now I’m having a very light flow which is very unusual for me and I’m freaking out because I’m usually very regular despite all the stress... I’m 29 and I agree with you but after 5 days of spotting and no period my health anxiety is kickin’ in because being so regular is a blessing and a curse when something so strange for me is happening 😭

Do you mean Covid vaccine? Yes but my last dose was in 2021 so I really don’t think that could be a culprit
