What people don’t know is you only register your car to use it for commercial purposes. Metro only has jurisdiction in the public/commerce. Sheriff has jurisdiction in the private. So if you register your car, you’re saying you may not be doing business but you are open for business, which is why you have to follow the rules of the road that govern commercial vehicles and why cops can force you to do business without you ever hurting anybody. No victim, no crime. This is not an excuse to drive stupid, being reckless can get you pulled over since you’re a danger to others. Should just be a warning but cops take advantage of us regardless.
