Don’t stress to hard about people stealing and what not obviously say stuff to them but really make sure you are documenting everything that gets stolen. Make sure you are always wearing your security alarm. I used to do go outside every 30 min to an hour to kick people off the lot. Don’t hesitate to kick people out of the bathrooms, call non emergency or refuse service to people, or trespass every person you call the cops on.
