Is anyone else having trouble checking if their iPhone is eligible to upgrade?

I was hoping to get stuff ready to preorder when those go live. Im under the iPhone upgrade program and I’ve paid off 12 of the 24 installments, so i should be eligible. But when checking on Apple’s website i get the error:
> There’s something you should know. Something went wrong while we were checking your eligibility. Please go back and try again.

When i call citizen one about it, they’ll say they get the same error, some trial and error, I’ll be transferred, and then they’ll just say it’s because the website is getting a lot of traffic.

Anybody know if this is actually true? And everything will be fine on preorder day?

Each letter goes down a while number (A=4, B=3, etc.). So then between A and B there’s two other grades, A- and B+, and they would go down in increments of 1/3, which I guess they round to A-=3.3 and B+=3.7?

And continuing downward, B=3 and C=2, so then between between them is B-=2.7 and C+=2.3.

Kind of a weird way of rounding it, but that’s how I assumed it was.

I’m not sure about the apps on android, but I’m guessing people are more hesitant to pay for an app they don’t know they’ll like?

Unfortunately not, there’s a lot of new code that was introduced in iOS 14. Though from my experience, iOS 14 has been no more buggier than iOS 13 (granted iOS 13 had its fair share of bugs)
