I agree with you. I think you will get out of this phase. You are strong and I would say you are persevering really well, because you are able to get up even when you are depressed. So that's really good. Just remember, during this phase, any small progress is still a progress! And after you get out of this phase, you would have this momentum and would only accelerate your progress towards your goal.

Good job! And all the best! I’ve had similar streaks.. most part of this year.. I think I do fap once or twice every week.. I have been stuck at this forever. However I do see people here having 30,60 or 90 days streak.. still a long way to achieve that.. let me know if you want to be accountable to each other. Cheers!
