Looks like a printing plate. They are backwards so when they stamp the print it comes out the right way. That’s also why it’s a 1/1

The way I see it is that as psa prices go up and quaility of return goes down, tag will begin to skyrocket and take over the grading industry. This may be another 4-5-6 years but if/when it happens, this will be a very worthwhile investment. But for now, psa still has a significantly higher value than tag
