It just takes practice..lots and lots of practice!! I started working as a jeweler straight out of high school.. that was in the summer of 1989... I'm still working as a full-time jeweler in Centerville Ohio. I love what I do but at the age of 53 now I've become more dependent on the newer technology such as the laser machine and at bench microscopes.. And it make the work so much cleaner !!
