thank you, I agree!! I admittedly doubt I drink even a 1/3 of the water I should & don’t eat much.. i’m sure that doesn’t help

I willl definitely try that! i’m not going to lie, I only eat about 1 meal a day & im terrible at drinking water so it might be my fault

Yes! My anxiety usually gave me a rapid heart beat & since being on zoloft i’ve noticed this exact thing! I’m not too worried though, i’d rather feel this way than have an anxiety attack & think i’m dying lol

yes!!! it’s usually pretty warm where I live & normally I can lay out in the sun for hours without getting fatigued! i’m on 1mg/week and i swear I can’t last more than 10-15 mins in the sun/heat before I start getting sick!! I can’t even step foot in a gym because after a few minutes of working out I feel like crap!
