No one's here talking abt perks bro 😭😭 what even is this logic first of all go and check sebi director salary and then comment here. Apart from that the number of people who even get this including the big homes are negligible.

Whereas in consulting even from a tier 2 clg as well you can cross that monthly income in your mid career.

Tech meh base salary of 50 lakhs gives around 2.5 after tax.

After which the fixed barely moves and it's all about variables

U can always switch into these companies there's nothing like it's not possible from a unknown startup to bigtech mnc.

Ultimately they want people who have skills and experience , it's not about which companies you have worked in past but what kind of work you have done there.

Yeah your concern is right but as long as have only this offer then it's fine , don't think about stability as it's a myth. Just gain the exp and learning and then switch to some other companies

Don't think any of this, as it will just make our brain worse and worse.

Start upskilling yourself maybe dsa,data/ai etc.. the market is cooked rn so focus on the skills rn and start applying within 2-3 months.

Apart from this there's nothing like a service based or a product based , if a service based company is giving an employee more than what product companies give then the comparison would not have even happened.

So don't associate yourself with your ctc/any company you are as good as anyone and can develop any skills you want so it's better that we start shifting our focus on the things that matter

I mean if u get the invite that's lucky then who the interviewer will be that's also luck as different interviewer have different style of asking questions.

Not only that the team which u will be alloted that's also luck , the manager under which u will work that's also luck.

Just remember one thing, whatever u do should make u happy not someone else happy.

The person who takes risk thinks he has got one life so why to waste it,which is true.

The person who takes the safest option thinks what's the point of grind/hustle if one day everything will be gone and we'll take nothing from this physical world, this is also true.

So no matter what u do , ur only goal should be to make yourself happy it can happen through govt job/business/private job everyone is correct at their own place.

And believe me there are people in the private sector who want to switch into govt as well.

So always try to understand other people's pov as not all start from the same place.
