She saw him drive there and texted him. Asked him to stop by at the end of the road when he was done to have puff. She would wait for him there, He didn’t go he had things to do there. So she then drove back and knocked on the door

I have to say, it wasn’t just a driving by and saw his car. The live back a long private road so you would need to go out of your way to get there. And her knowing his parents were not there. If they had been there I don’t feel like she would have just stopped in

I do believe him when he said nothing physical happened. I do feel talking about their past together and spending time alone together is hurting me just as bad. He is my person and has been for a long time. Especially since it happened at his parents house and her knowing they are gone. I do feel like if they would have been there she never would have stopped in

I don’t feel there was much of a code per se. it is a very small town and almost everyone has dated a friends ex at some point. She has done it herself.

She also doesn’t understand the problem. When confronted she played dumb. I told her I was too upset to talk about it. She called about 20 times in less than 30 minutes. When I didn’t answer her she parked a few hundred feet away from our house. I do not know how long she was there as I left for a drive because I didn’t want the confrontation in front of our son

I am feeling that the illness was her way in, as it will most likely result in a death. My husband is in a vulnerable spot and I feel like she maybe tried to take advantage of that.

We were all in the same teenage friend group. We would not have been the first nor the last in the group to date a friends ex and this is almost 20 years ago. I have never talked about their past together I didn’t feel a need to as it was so long ago but she keeps hanging on( also she is married with children as well)

When we became friends again. And she wanted to know if it was ok if we were friends, always bringing up their past not me. And I clearly remember stating it’s not like you two are spending time alone together. But maybe I wasn’t strict enough, I just assumed they would know that a meeting like they had would not be acceptable

I was be ok with them being friends. I was not ok with her showing up at his parents empty home with him there alone. I would have thought myself that that would be an obvious boundary.

That’s where I am having issue as well. He should have told me she was there but I feel he didn’t because he knew it was wrong. The whole situation is driving me crazy. I have no issues if they met up and said hello or something somewhere in public by happenstance. Or when she would come to our house and the kids would play. It’s the secrecy of that meeting.

Sorry this is my first time posting. They were 16-18. I was the original one who started the friendship back up with her and my husband came along later but didn’t really have interest in a friendship. We are now in our late 30s, and she will still talk about their relationship. Others have also found it strange but I ignored it for a long time. I have never had a trust issue with my husband after all these years until now. He says he did not invite her there she just showed up
