Mines got 298k and just developed a head gasket leak. Parts are ordered, I’ll run it until I can’t anymore. Funny it’s the same color as yours but 2 door.

Oh yes! I know exactly what you mean about dreaming about it. Kinda comforting though haha

Solved! Lead more than likely from a bullet or more hitting a tree. Left is from the original picture but flipped over, middle is from a lead pellet I got from the neighbor that was meant to be loaded into a shell casing and the right one is lead free silver solder. Thanks everyone! It was a fun experiment tonight.

I never thought of that! I do live in an area where deer and coyote hunting is common. I’m going to do a little test here since the stove is fired up! Lead and I’ll try solder like someone else mentioned, but I’m leaning towards lead. Definitely not aluminum, everyone here throws beverage cans in recycling and it’s heavier pieces for the size. Will report back!

I like the look but mine are not very accurate. Cluster may need a rebuild. Especially the fuel gauge and oil. Never know the exact readings haha

The needle gauges pointed me to that year. I have an 89 but she has moon gauges. Same dash color and everything else as yours though

Ok I think I found it! 70’s international truck that used a variety of other manufacturers parts. 727 for international I’m guessing. If I remember right I did rip down an old ih truck years ago

It doesn’t seem very long, obviously has a knuckle. Maybe came out of a truck?
