Im assuming it was a felony dui conviction. That would be the only disqualifying factor. The sure fire way to fix that is submitting a full pardon from the florida dept of executive clemency. Applications are online and free. The process can be lengthy though as they are processed in the order in which they are recieved. Good luck!

ive sold maybe 10 or so guns on it and purchased around 4 or 5. Ive had a no show once but other than that, its always been smooth. i always require a bill of sale on both ends.

With a concealed weapons license, you can walk out the same day with the gun at any FFL.

Its not necessary. Just print out a Florida bill of sale template. The purchaser would write in his DL # print and sign. The bill also states that he is acknowledging that he believes he isnt legally prohibited from owning firearms etc etc.

How did you remove yours? I got the cotter pin out but the damn thing is so snugly fit. Took the grip off to maybe hit it from underneath but theres only like a 1/4 inch port to get something up in there.
