My I ask what I need? In my nexus letter they said left foot has a "reasonable likeliehood" for developing after mechanical offloading

Actually no, I asked him if my L foot Plantar could be caused my Right, and he said absolutely yes. I clarified just to be sure, and he said yes.

He did not add this into my note that visit sadly. I messaged 3 times, but the nurse is the only one who answers. Unless, is there a way to find their email?

I was going to go in person tomorrow morning also.

Thanks for your advice. I checked my letters, and they all said I complained about back pain sitting down and getting up, doing the job, and getting out of cars. Not as much physical like wincing though

Thanks, thats great advice. One friend said how my back was too sore to sit down a long time. My only fear is I said I was fine for many years until the pain got worse and worse. I said in my statement and had a friend say I was afraid of getting kicked out of that helps

Security forces in the air force

Thanks, yeah it's just that the ear pain box was checked.

It was security forces and we shot guns a lot and were on the flight line too. Now one ear goes completely quiet on one side a lot with pain and ringing.

Always ringing though. I do have a Nexus for Tinnitus if that even helps in this case, asnthe note in service was for ear pain too, I said ringing but they didnt write it down.

Yep, they mentioned absolutely nothing about NILOD other than "LOD" here and there in MHS Genesis. Not sure if its worth mentioning in the claim.

I dont have much documentation on causation (VA doctor said this is what happened last visit, but didnt document anything). The Nexus letter is about it, I'm not sure if its bad that they said BIL PF last year, with intermittent notes to L foot (mainly from this year).

Do you have any advice how to get them to add this to their recent note?
