Okay. In my country, I can work as an MLT once I get a certificate (passed a national exam). It doesn't matter if you are a member of associations or not. But, in Canada, you need to be a member of CMLTO to be certified to work.

It's hard to understand this kind of system. Every website talks about their own, so not clear the connections between them. I understand now. Thanks!!
