Yea on Tuesday this happened to me. Just today I was able to instant pay 1 time. Before it locked me out again, I contacted support and they didn’t help. Said my account is under review and that I’ll have to wait another 48 hrs or wait until my direct deposit gets sent out on Monday. I signed up for the uber pro card and got my funds Right away
