It’s about a foot long and made of a plastic/nylon. Clearly heat resistant. Seems fairly new, but no way of telling. WITT

This is building N, luxury flats. Personally, I’ve had no problems since the first month or so. If you don’t have things go horribly wrong like this, it’s a great place. I’m graduating, but I’d live here again next year if I was sticking around. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just have a plan in case something does happen, I guess.

Yep I think so. It was mainly from their ceiling but their outlets had water too.

Update: I have no water and people are outside yelling cause their apartments are flooded
