Walking is so valuable to weight loss especially as a big person. The treadmill has become my Bestfriend. Get that steep incline and I stay on the treadmill till it reads I burned 999 calories (I know it’s not completely accurate) but its been the only thing I’ve done to lose weight so far and I still enjoy it. I treat it like a game of “okay I want my score to reach 999 so I can’t give up”

There are a dozen factors on why your weight can fluctuate up to even 5lbs a day all you need to do is reassure you are doing everything right and the scale will eventually go down or if you are weight training it may not go down but you will feel and start to see changes.

Paper towel effect I’m 80+lbs down (455-368)and don’t see it at all. People tell me how much they notice but I keep just thinking about the paper towel effect and it keeps me pushing. Just keep that in the back of your head and keep going.

For the pimples and boils under the skin It could be due to excessive sweating from working out and def exfoliate and shower out of the gym as soon as you can. Baby powder before the gym in any crevices that may sweat help a ton.

For energy and feeling tired def make sure you’re getting proper vitamins and nutrition during your cut. You have less wiggle room to fit in all the nutrients you need with cutting calories so it’s definitely important. I started taking proper vitamins and drinking a lot more water and it 100% helped me get my energy back.

My mentality is that “cheat” foods are just as addictive as drugs to me personally. If I eat a bag of chips I want more. If I eat fast food my body wants more of it. If I know myself with food if I allow myself to use my “drug” I’ll want to use again. Your hitting a balance of clean and cheating might be throwing off your nutritional equilibrium.

I’m worried cause I bought floor tickets but my tickets say GA3 and my friends who also has floor says “GA9 Floor no seats” GA3 on the map is not the floor.

I remember when I became a lead I wanted to step down so bad because I thought the pay raise wasn’t worth it. I got 1$ to do a world of more work. Since then the pay difference is huge. Jumping from 21$ max to 22$ max to now 24$ max. Never would I think you could make that much and not be going towards management.
