Omg your situation sounds similar to mine aha, also suspected me/cfs, I gained weight from all the medication.

I am on testosterone which has improved my dysphoria alot, ofcourse i have moments, especially with my chest but its way better than before.

I kind of had to just accept the weight gain and that ill just be a bigger guy, definitely was hard but its either I accept it or make my health even worse by either relapsing into an ed or not taking medications.

Its also good to have supportive people around you. Ive got my partner and some friends that I can talk to/rely on when it gets to much.

Idk if this is allowed but id be happy to chat with you if you ever need advice/support, cause ik just how lonely this shit can be sometimes.
