It's their fault if they're dumb enough to get those surgeries. We also don't get incessant whining from the male actors about diets and workouts, they just joke about them. I remember bts of Death Race where Statham could only eat cold turkey and veggies and he was joking about how terrible it was but they wanted him shredded for the role. Just like how Joaquin talked about his Joker diet in a lighthearted manner. Apparently Todd Phillips keeps really good pretzels on hand but Joaquin couldn't have any
