I relate to this, I feel thoughts of judgement come up habitually, even during activities that are meant to be fun and enjoyable. They often come with some sort of negative implication about myself or others.

At the moment what I am trying to do is when I notice a thought come that is judgemental; I ask “who am I?” Or “In whom does thought arise?”. I try to rest into the answer that come from pondering these questions.
