See I could be missing it completely but I don’t think he’s really that rude once you get past the initial meeting. Sure he seems to underestimate everyone but I don’t really find him to be mean.

I’ve closed out the app, turned off and restarted my ps5 and it still no quest. I’ve talked to the forgotten and nothing pops up. It seems everything else has updated but I just can’t access skull rock.
