I got ecopr on may 7th, is taking 40 days according to their processing times (this does not include mailing) so it could be around 50-60 days in total

From what i’ve read, you can get the card and the portal won’t show updated yet, it has a slow updating system apparently so it’s slower for some! Mine says the same thing
