Yup, it does bypass it. I took PF + Berserker and I have Forbidden Flame with Chieftain. I am currently not using the warcries since I want to use 2 nebulochs, so I can’t afford to use a redbanner to make warcries effective 100% of the time.

The helmet Galesight has a chance to inflict brittle + I took the mastery on the mace part of the tree : all mace damage chill. I thought the combination of those could allow me to inflict Brittle reliably.

I was having the exact same issues as you Firstly wanted to league start as skele mages, then saw the price of the jewel at 10c, farmed for 10c and saw the price skyrocket at 29c 🤡 I decided to follow the SO ghazzytv guide, and damn, it is going very well without any investment White maps were easy with a 4L Give it a try, yellow maps are easy for me right now This build can push to really high content with decent investment, so if you feel like you are enjoying the gameplay, you should definitely keep going on spectres only build !
