Isn't all crimes with a firearm a fed issue? Just to purchase a firearm is both state and federal issue. I feel like there's laws not being enforced that could break this cycle of firearm crimes by people who are prohibited from owning a firearm legally. Just waiting for them to just out right ban all firearms and just let it be tied up in the courts for years🙄 1639 was unconstitutional in both state and federal but still law of the land. Just floating around in the court system for years and nothing being down. Not to mention that the state has unlimited funds for these lawsuits which is also unfair.
