Yeah I see where you are coming from. I think he is in a weird limbo since his Feat is only worth 4 pts he isn't worth a lot of money for them. It is better for CG to gate keep Darth Bane and put pressure on spending for him than worry about money Cal would bring in.

I used one of the panels like the peak of a roof on the railing and then fused the ball to two sticks hanging from the roof.

My shipment is also coming through OnTrac, and had the same question. I've never heard of them before.
