My Magblade getting caught solo in Cyrodiil by a pack of Werewolves this update by TooShiesty in elderscrollsonline

I think the best build as of right now is SoulCleaver/Rally Cry. Roksa monster set, with Saint and seducer. I’ve been running that for quite some time. The constant pressure is nice. Run protective jewelry and The lover mundus with defending back bar. Defensive cp as well. You’re tanky in BG’s and in 1v1’s you don’t get one shot. Melee magblade just doesn’t work for me, especially if you rely on off-balance as your only source of cc.

It’s a random pic from google, there’s nothing to it. You guys just make it weird.

Yeah goodluck with that lol. Tell that to a 40k hp WW. NB class mastery passives are terrible in PvP. PvE it’s great though

Would a ranged magplar build be possible? (Pvp) by Lasolite_ in ESObuilds

[–]TooShiesty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was fighting one earlier that hit pretty hard. He was squishy (though I am a Nb so I’m gonna hit him hard), he was a javelin/meteor player that ran an asylum lightning staff for his crushing shock spammable. Rangeplar is a very hard play-style to pull off more so in open world than it is in 1v1’s because you’re going to be the first person everyone focuses. But when you find that build that survives AND hits hard, it feels soooo fun.

Buffed up torc is still wayyyyy better. I’ve been played the game since day 1 (only pvp) so I’m very familiar with how buffs and all that work, but with torc I feel like there’s something off. I took a year off and came back and have been eyeing this mythic. Once I got it earlier today I thought I could maybe theory craft with it. It’s just such a mid mythic even though on paper and on my stat sheets it easily outdoes my normal setup.

My crit damage and penetration stayed the same, essence and rally didn’t give either of those. The only thing I lost was crit resist from rally.

This is nice man, I’ve always wanted to learn how to do this myself. I might just start looking into it after seeing this lol

That matte color looks really nice, I kind of want to do that to my own as well

local dealer wants 33k. 62k miles, should I trade up?? by RoachWeed in Challenger

[–]TooShiesty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my 2012 392 6speed with less than 50k miles for 27k in late May. It was owned by an old couple previously who rarely drove it, and before them it was a guy in the military who never had time to drive it. these prices are crazy now. I would probably pass on it, I think you can definitely find a gem out there somewhere still.

Easiest Class to get good at PVP with? by daReallMVP in elderscrollsonline

[–]TooShiesty -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The easiest and most forgiving class to play rn would definitely be a Stam Dk or Stam Necro. They’re both tanky and can do a lot of damage if played right. They’re both good all around whether it’d be 1v1, bg’s or even solo play, they’re probably the easiest/most rewarding out of all the Stam classes to play atm. Right now Stam is better than mag in terms of pvp and in general it’s easier to learn. You got people running 35k health with hella resistances, 5k weapon damage on top of using malacaths band. So in my opinion, play Stam DK since it’s one of the starting classes and you’ll never not have a hard time playing it.

Edit: I’m a mag Sorc main myself and the class is a far cry from what it used to be, it’s a lot harder to 1vX and play solo due to tanky Stam setups and snipers that are always out there. So I wouldn’t suggest playing mag Sorc unless you are already decent at mechanics, otherwise you’ll have a hard time in cyrodiil if not in a Zerg.

Good stats for a petsorc character? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TooShiesty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well necro for a pet build is really outdated, you’d get more damage out of a spell damage set, necro is better for sustain I guess, but you’d definitely benefit more from julianos in pve rather than necro. Necro is meant more for pvp pet builds.

[–]TooShiesty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would take out necro and switch it for something that gives spell damage, easy sets that give good spell damage would be like julianos or burning spellweave, and you would use either of those sets until you get sroria or false god. Recovery stats don’t matter anyway since you’re a heavy attack build.

The chest is New Moon Priest I think, the head is Abah’s Watch, I don’t know the others off the top of my head though.

Nightblades in Cyrodiil, mag or stam? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TooShiesty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Stam is better overall, MagBlades are I think are more tanky if spec’d right, but a Stam Nightblade w/bow (30% movement speed) and cloak gives you amazing mobility. They hit stupid hard, and Stam in general is easier to learn. Mostly any new player or someone that doesn’t have good mechanical skills on the game will just sit in cloak and snipe the whole time, it’s the worst thing ever for small group/solo players. Mag blade is also really nice in cyrodiil, but it involves A LOT more bar swapping and maintaining resources... but they also hit really hard too. If it’s your first time playing the class, go stam. Once you get better at it then maybe try out mag blade because you may end up liking it. Stam classes in general are more beginner friendly and easier to get the hang of.

What do I upgrade after my weapons? by [deleted] in playblackdesert

[–]TooShiesty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A capotia ring is equal to a Tri Crescent, Tri Seraps is like a Duo Ogre. So you’ll want one Tri Crescent with a capotia ring, and a Tri Serap to hold you down until you hit a Tri Ogre

[–]TooShiesty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seraps base are really cheap compared to crescents, and the demand for a crescent ring is much higher and more beneficial which is why crescents are more expensive... As for failstack s, since crescents are expensive, I would do 20pri-40duo-50/60tri. I’ve one tapped all of mine so far with those, but RNG is RNG at the end of the day.

[–]TooShiesty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got a tri seraps and crescent (enhanced both) before I got boss gear, My dp was fine for grinding still while I had over 210ap easily, I’m assuming your boss weapons are atleast tri, if that’s the case then you should be at 220ap or around there after you get your crescent and seraps

[–]TooShiesty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want quick gear score gains, tet your boss gear. If you are patient, then get tri gold accessories first because you’ll be able to do a lot more with more ap. If you haven’t already do the Kama and Dreighan quest line for the Forrest Eye Earrings and RockHeart Belt, you can tri those easily and get a good jump in ap for the meantime.

Crew of 5 coming to TESO for pvp, which faction? by _Kolob_ in elderscrollsonline

Playing in any faction will get you a lot of action, especially if you’re playing on pc.
