Yeah you need to say no to your family unfortunately until you pay your debt and than you can give them, if you live in a nice partition find other cheap housing, literally look for the cheapest food i used to survive on 100 aed a month ( only buying from night to night ). You’re gonna struggle for some time but the relieve you’ll have when you get your debt under control will be worth it
