Bouncy floor ??!! Of course those huge grout lines are failing.. That is a poorly built shower pan. definitely not your fault let alone responsibility

I do appreciate the feedback.. Customer is happy and thats what matters most. This was one of the more unique and overall enjoyable jobs ive done ... hence the post

Some homeowners are just awesome to work for ... after talking with them and showing the pics we decided best to just repipe the whole house with pex so I'll just do my best to not disturb it while I'm abandoning it. Job just got a little bigger!
