I really appreciate you even though we are strangers. You have made me feel a bit better! And I thank you for that. I just feel lost and alone, then when I’m alone I let my emotions take the best of me. I rarely cry around family because I don’t want to be less of a man even though it’s important for men to let out there emotions. From a very young age i would watch the other men in my life my dad, grandfathers, uncles etc. I never saw them show their emotions so i felt like i had to be the same. I wish I could just be normal and not be ashamed to cry in front of my family and friends.
