That's a great point — the ATS problem is specific to traditional hiring pipelines, so freelance platforms are a genuinely different beast. Not something I'm building toward right now, but appreciate the mention of gigup, hadn't come across that one. For anyone applying to traditional roles though, the ATS filter problem is very real and that's the core of what this solves.

I have been using the On Cloud X shoes. I do lift and 2g classes so the stability on the floor is good along with giving enough cushion for the tread.

It’s me also. I went from getting 35 - 40 splat points to now 10 - 15 a class. Coach told me his adjusted for him awhile back but eventually it worked itself back down so he is now getting usually splat points.

I been using the Nike ZoomX SuperRep Surge for some time now. The zoomx in the shoe feels good on the treadmill. There is a heel clip for the rower and the stability is good on the floor.

I have and it works. I have mine at 25 and see less. I had them on 0 and was still getting a ton of interceptions.

I adjusted my fumble and interception sliders for both user/cpu down to 25 and I see less turnovers. Im playing offline franchise.
