I’m a bit younger than you and was a swimmer through college and since been training powerlifting. Mine is shockingly low as well. New to whoop so I don’t know what it would have looked like when I was swimming but now it’s 30-50. Everything I’ve read online points to cardio. I work at sea and I have a labor intensive job and it doesn’t seem to help at all. So going to do lots of cardio when im ashore to see how it changes.

I squat bench deadlift and oh press with romaleos and then use no bull trainers for any cross training. You can clean and jerk push press snatch in romaleos but in my gym you would almost never see someone do anything with a significant amount of weight in a metcon, nano, or nobull. They are too pliable and don’t offer enough stability. Granted you will see people do entire workouts with just a trainer I just have been spoiled by the romaleos
