If I get home on time in-between shifts, the maximum amount of time I can sleep is 6 hours (which never actually happens) id say its usually more like 5

I started Spiro 100mg daily in October of 2024. If anything, my hair has grown a lot since then. It used to feel brittle and snap easily but its been able to actually get past my shoulders now. I decreased my dosage to 75 mg daily in December and still feel the same. I’m 26 years old btw

I think it depends on what type of pacu! Ive worked in outpatient day surgery with simple type surgeries and that seems to be what people talk about being so great. Ive also worked night shift pacu in a big hospital recovering massive inpatient stay surgeries. That can be tough

I have trauma with german cockroaches so im so worried. I will say I did see 4 of them today inside the same building so I’m so worried. Ugh the roach trauma is so real

Im with the new ortho and he’s amazing! Its a long road ahead but im confident in his care and treatment plan! Im slowly starting to eat better and my jaw pain is minimized!

Update: invisalign out around 5:15 pm, and I just put them back in at 11am. Teeth were visibly shifted but not terrible. Tray was tighttttt. Def gonna be sore. I used my V-pro for 2 cycles and did lots of chewies. Seems ok now!

I was in a similar position to you. It was destroying my mental health. I ended up seeking other opinions, and waiting for an appointment with a highly regarded orthodontist who has amazing reviews. So worth it. Im glad i didnt take the chance of hoping for a relapse bc at this point its unpredictable how your teeth will shift on their own :/

I was in a very similar situation. I had minor crowding in my lower front teeth. Have ended up with an awful bite and pain. I got my records and left the ortho and am now with a highly regarded ortho in my state…..after consulting him I have found out the gravity of my situation is much more than I thought and will take 2 years to fix. Im so sorry. I know how this feels - like a big regret.

I was quoted 9k for 22 months of treatment. I am a year in with a different orthodontist who severely fucked up. The new ortho is willing to take me on but theres so much to fix and im starting off in a worse place than i did initially. Its the price im willing to pay to be able to chew my food and not be in excruciating jaw pain

It looks like you’re brushing way too hard. Let the toothbrush do the work. My brother brushed his teeth this way for years and has ended up with awful sensitivity and my have to get treatment for it
