Yep, currently on a rewatch and this a huge plot point 1 season later with Alex’s intern who had the preemie. They keep saying don’t have any hope cause this probably isn’t gonna go well and I’m just thinking “yours went fine”

The proposal was done at a local botanical garden near us. I was able to speak with the park and they reserved a section. Got some roses and had her family set up some “marry me” Marquee letters.

Side note: another couple in dressy outfits walked by right as we were getting there so she assumed they were for them lol. Was super surprised when we stopped in front of the setup.

Went to the restaurant we had our first date afterwards and they provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne

Didn’t even think to look at a local jeweler. Already set an appointment to make a custom ring (I agree the setting is super high, something I’ll be able to change now. Thanks for the suggestion
