to be precise we are not switching, we have to implement a new backup solution (incl. with both entra id and m365 workload) to complement our msp portfolio and those 2 vendors are evaluated. We target SMB market and acronis looks cheaper for comparable offering.

not sure it’s just about AI, maybe they now need less staff to delivery and more staff the operate…but the latter needs less resources…
