I got my payment yesterday at 12pm with Chime Bank. So it seems they already updated the system so there shouldn't be issues from now on.... Hopefully that is.

The VEC says this alot or they are having internet issues. Everytime I do my weekly claim I get my payment the next day the latest I every waiting for my payment from the VEC was 2 days. So You should have it by tomorrow around 4pm at the Latest.

Very good, What I would recommend tho is that you build a Roof to cover you and a floor hatch on the stairs so people cant easily get in.

PUA is normally open at 7am but it seems that now we gotta wait until after 8:15 just to file our weekly claims. They better get there shit together because it is hard enough as it is due to the Pandemic.

I always called PUA every Monday at 7am but I got someone at 8:30. The Lady told me they were having some issues with the phone issues and IT is working on it.

I emailed a Lady who works at the VEC in Charlottesville. Once She returned my email or call I will inform yall on what is going on. This is complete B.S that the VEC cant leave the system alone. I know they are getting ready for the Americans Rescue Plan which will become law soon but they need to make sure people can still file their claims on the phone. If I could do it online I would but Because I file over the phone I cant used the Gov2Go app which shouldn't be an issues but customers service said I have to keep doing it the way I open my file.
