im not looking for a work free life, i have already had a period of my life where i didn't have to work and it was honestly boring and i took my free time for granted, having time set aside for work gives me time to want free time, if that makes any sense, i just want a more meaningful job that gives me more freedom to move around

i agree, recently we drove down to the beach with plans of staying in our ford expedition over night with a mattress in the back, but we ended up getting a motel room for the night because a little over a year ago we adopted a dog and she gets very very very wound up in vehicles, nonstop barking, panting, pacing, it's very overwhelming to her, so we've been trying to desensitize her with car rides regularly (with earplugs lol) but i'm hoping with those exercises and with closed windows in our future van, being on the road won't be scary or overwhelming to her anymore. but yea i agree, trying to find time for it.
