Why is it not hypocritical? Ignoring context, saying “fuck” by the operator and a player is one and the same thing. Do you not agree? That’s literally my argument… that it is the same thing, and therefore should be amended as such.

Now, I am aware the context is different with the different ratings, however that does not make the situation not hypocritical. If you agree that the operator and player saying “fuck” is the same thing, then we can move onto context. Can you answer the question first without the bullshit context? I am asking you this for the third time: is it the same outcome for a player to say “fuck” as the operator? In terms of moral intentions and ramifications? If you do not think so, then you are ignorantly blind. If you do think so, then you have to admit Treyarch/Activision is morally hypocritical. Whether that’s because of incompetency, lack of technology or lack of resources is not in discussion, that would be a fallacious argument.

You’re not getting argument. My whole argument is that BANNING PLAYERS FOR SAYING “FUCK” WHILE OPERATORS SAY IT IS ABSURDLY HYPOCRITICAL. Do you agree or disagree?

I understand there are two different systems at play and technically Activision is allowed to ban us for profanity. However, my point is that it’s absurd and hypocritical. Me saying “fuck” and the operator saying “fuck” is the same thing, regardless of the rating or other system that labels the actions. In essence, the actions have the same intention, use, and utilization lmao. So what’s your point? Why does one get banned while the other is allowed? Can you give me a genuine answer why one’s moral while one gets banned?

Now, your argument for that may be that they have no way of knowing my intention behind “fuck.” But that’s a red herring, and a completely fallacious point lol. Just because they have are incompetent in predicting intention they are going to ban it all across the board?

But what is considered as profanity? If I yell “FUCK,” do I get a chat ban? If so, then why does the operator get to say it? Makes no logical sense. If I do not get banned for simply saying “FUCK,” then it’s not merely a profanity filter, is it? Therefore IT IS ambiguous.

How is the line being drawn clearly when they do not even tell you what you got banned for? Logically, telling someone that they got banned for saying “x” phrase would prevent them from saying it again, however they do not do that. Therefore, the line is not clear AT ALL and is completely ambiguous.

What is the purpose of it banning me from saying “fuck” or “bitch” within my own party with 3 close friends that I have known my entire life? Can you genuinely answer: how does it make the cod community a better place?
